Where will my chauffeur meet me at Union Station?
At the designated passenger pickup curb in front of the station. Walk out through the main station doors and call or text your chauffeur, whose name and number you receive before you arrive. Your chauffeur can also hold a name sign. Group motor coaches use the station’s Bus Deck, reached from H Street NE.
What if my train is delayed?
