Complimentary waiting time
We track every flight and train, so your free wait starts when you actually arrive, not at the scheduled time. A late flight never costs you extra.

Waiting time after the free wait
Waiting beyond the free wait is billed in 15-minute increments at your vehicle’s hourly rate, shown on our fleet page. For example, an extra 15 minutes in a Cadillac Escalade at $105 an hour is $26.25. Motor coaches are billed at the hourly rate on your quote. We will text or call you, or your booker, before waiting charges begin.
Curbside pickup and meet-and-greet
- Curbside (included): collect your bags, step outside and text your chauffeur. They pull up to your door.
- Meet-and-greet ($25 per pickup, plus airport parking at cost): your chauffeur waits inside at your baggage claim carousel with a name sign, or just outside Customs for international flights.

Cancellations

Cancellations after these times are billed the full fare.
No-shows
If we cannot reach you by the end of the free wait plus any extra time you approved, and our dispatch team cannot reach you or your booker either, the trip is a no-show. A no-show is billed the full fare, plus any waiting time and airport parking.
