How many people fit in a Sprinter van?
Our executive Mercedes-Benz Sprinters seat 13 to 14 passengers with room for about 13 bags. For bigger groups we send several Sprinters or a 28- or 37-seat minibus.
How much does a Sprinter van with a driver cost in Washington DC?
Hourly service starts from $129 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, and Sprinter airport transfers start from $395 one way. Your quote depends on the date, hours and pickup area, and it includes the chauffeur.
Do I drive the Sprinter myself?
No. Every Sprinter comes with a professional, background-screened chauffeur. We do not rent vans for self-drive.
Can the Sprinter pick up from the airport?
Yes. We meet groups at Reagan National, Dulles and BWI with flight tracking and free waiting time, and the luggage space handles a full load of suitcases.
Can we make multiple stops?
Yes. Book by the hour and keep the same Sprinter and chauffeur all day for meetings, site visits, tours or a wedding day, with as many stops as you need.
How far ahead should we book?
For weekends, cherry blossom season, graduations and big events, book as early as you can, ideally several weeks ahead. For weekday trips, a few days is often enough. Call us for short-notice requests.
