Wedding Sprinter questions
How many Sprinters do we need for our wedding?
Each Sprinter seats 13 to 14. A typical wedding party fits in one; for guest shuttles we size the plan to your guest list, often combining Sprinters with a 28- or 37-seat minibus.
How far in advance should we book?
As soon as you have your date and venues, ideally 2 to 6 months ahead for spring and fall Saturdays.
Can you shuttle guests between the hotel and venue all evening?
Yes. We run loops on a schedule, for example every 30 minutes from the hotel before the ceremony and after the reception, so guests can come and go.
Do you offer a getaway car for the couple?
Yes. Many couples book an S-Class or Escalade for their own arrival and exit alongside the Sprinters for the wedding party.
